The Day of Complete Failure…
Ok, so one day..an infamous day here amoung the team/interns…I failed at everything.
I could tell you about the day, but Audrey wrote about it in her journal, and honestly, I think she tells it the best, so here, in Audrey’s words, is the summary of the day…
“So Angel has done some hilarious and really failing things today. Well, we both have. It’s been HILARIOUS.
-She spilled all this water on the floor right AFTER Jeremy told us to be careful of the water bucket spilling and right BEFORE Lawen came to interview us.
“Why is all this water on the floor?”
Angel: “Because I’m an idiot.”
– The cookies. Angel was making cookie dough. After she was done adding ingredients, Peter was adding a bag of flour to the canister full of flour. Then he goes “Uh-why is this a different color?” Jessica comes over…and t was powdered sugar. Angel had added 4 cups of powered sugar instead of flour.
Wow.
-Then we were all sitting in the living room (Angel was in the kitchen) when Jess start’s looking at Micah’s diaper…”Why is his diaper so big?” someone asked.
Jess: “Yeah, that’s weird. Oh, you know, I bet someone put one of Emma’s on him…”
Peter:”Oh, was that Angel? Because we probably shouldn’t tell her…”
HAHA!!
And then later, we were all carrying water jugs back. Angel was struggling a bit so the kids tried to help her. (6-8 year olds girls…great.)Then Jesse came and got it. (Thank you, Jesse….seriously) She tried to walk…and then slipped and feel right on her butt.
Haha. It’s been quite a day for her.
And she said she stunk at cards….(shh…it’s iba…don’t tell anyone)
And she told me to get the wrong chicken.
And she couldn’t stop laughing for the picture.
And she never found the baking soda.” – Audrey
All that being said, it was a hiarious, crazy day…(July 24)
